Here's What Your Child Will Experience

Tiny Cheer

High energy, big smiles and team spirit at its finest! Tiny Cheer teaches preschoolers the basics of cheerleading through fun routines, jumps and group movement. It is the perfect class for little ones who love to perform and thrive when they are part of a team.

Tiny Tumblers

Tiny Tumblers gives preschoolers a safe, structured introduction to tumbling and acrobatics, building gross motor skills, flexibility and physical confidence from the ground up. The will learn how to Roll, Cartwheel, Handstand + more! Every class is designed to gently push your child out of their comfort zone while keeping it fun and age-appropriate.

For Double Bay Mums with kids aged 3 to 5 years old who need a structured activity that builds real skills & real confidence.

That actually lets you kiss them goodbye at the door and walk away.

(Not another class where you sit on a hard chair, manage the meltdown when it's time to leave, and drive home more exhausted than when you arrived.)

This is for you if...

You are watching your 4-year-old struggle to focus for more than 30 seconds…

You have tried playgroup, kindy gym, and swimming…

You are standing at the school gate watching the confident kids walk straight in without a backwards glance…

You want your child to transition into new situations with ease

Your child has the kind of energy that wipes you out by 9am on a Saturday.

You have been searching for an activity that actually builds something.

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

Here's what we usually get asked

How old does my child need to be?

Tiny Tumblers and Tiny Cheer are designed for children aged 3 to 5. If your child loves to run, jump, and move, they are ready. No experience needed at all.

What does it cost?

Your first session is a trial class and it’s free. If you love it (and we expect you will) a full 10-week term is $290 per child. That works out to $29 per session for structured, coach-led movement in a capped class of 10.

Is this really a kiss-and-drop program?

We teach both Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. We'll walk you through a process to get you to pick one to start on.

I don't have to stay?

Genuinely, no. You drop them at the door, our team takes it from there, and you are free to leave. The doors are open if you want a quick peek, but most mums grab a coffee and enjoy 60 minutes of quiet. You have earned it.

When are the classes?

Both programmes run on Saturday mornings at our Double Bay studio. Tiny Cheer: 9:00am to 9:30am
Tiny Tumblers: 9:30am to 10:00am

What if my child gets upset or won't settle?

Our coaches are trained specifically in gentle transitions with little ones. Most children settle within the first few minutes once they see what is happening around them. We handle this every single week and we are very good at it. In the rare case your child needs you, we will reach out straight away.

How many kids are in each class?

We cap every class at 10 children. This is intentional. Smaller numbers mean more attention, more quality coaching, and a better experience for your child.

What does my child need to wear and bring to the trial class?

Comfortable clothes and sneakers. Just bring a water bottle. We provide everything else. If you choose to enrol after the trial class

Do they need any experience?

None at all. This programme is completely beginner-friendly. Most children joining us have never done gymnastics, acrobatics, or cheer before. Our coaches are trained to meet every child exactly where they are.

What will my child actually learn?

Skills like cartwheels, balances, handstands, and beginner cheer movements, yes. But more importantly: how to follow instructions, take turns, work as part of a group, and try something new without giving up. These are the exact skills that transfer directly into a classroom and into life.

Is Bays All Stars a credentialled studio?

Yes. Bays All Stars is an Acrobatics Arts Certified Studio and has been running since 2018. Sophia is a Level 3 Certified IASF Cheer and Tumbling Coach with over a decade of experience building children's programmes. More than 400 children have come through these doors.

There are only 10 spots... How urgent is this really?

Very. Saturday morning spots in Double Bay fill quickly, especially in a capped class of 10. If you have been thinking about it, book the trial. A trial booking secures your child's spot, and if it is not the right fit, you have lost nothing but an hour you probably would have spent at the park anyway.

What happens after the trial?

If your child loves it (and we fully expect they will), you enrol for the upcoming 10-week term at $290 + one-off $99 Tinys Uniform. Terms follow the school calendar so you always know what is coming. Many families re-enrol term after term because once your child has somewhere they love to be on a Saturday morning, it becomes the highlight of their week.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey, I'm Sophia

I started dancing when I was 3 years old.

Not because my parents pushed me. Because I could not stop moving. I trained in the Royal Academy of Dance and ATOD syllabuses, and by Year 11 I had earned a place at Newtown High School of the Performing Arts. Dance was not something I did. It was who I was.

In 2014, I opened my first dance school in Concord West. I started with 5 classes a week. Within a few years, we were running 77. I made the decision to stop being a generic dance studio and become the go-to acrobatics studio in the area. Over 5 years, we claimed 9 national champion titles.

In 2021, I launched an online acrobatics course for kids aged 8 to 12. It exploded during COVID and showed me that what I was teaching had reach and real impact far beyond my local studio.

In 2022, I took over Bays All Stars in Double Bay and transformed it from a recreational gymnastics school into a focused Acrobatics and Cheerleading studio.

But here is what drives me more than any of that…

I have never once seen an unhappy child doing cartwheels.

The moment a child lands their first cartwheel, holds their first handstand, or nails a skill they have been working on for weeks, something shifts. Their shoulders go back. They stand a little taller. They believe in themselves in a way they did not an hour earlier.

That is not a performance skill. That is a life skill.

I built Tiny Tumblers and Tiny Cheer because I believe that movement and team work is the fastest path to confidence. I built the kiss-and-drop model because I also believe that you deserve to give your child this gift without sacrificing your entire Saturday morning to do it.

This program is for both of you.
